Catalyst is for your subscribed school, district, or partner team. You can use all the tools, resources, and pathways with your colleagues and staff.Don’t Share Outside Your Membership
You may not sell, rebrand, or share Catalyst resources with other schools, districts, or organizations who aren’t members.Don’t Copy or Resell
All Catalyst materials belong to reDesign. You can’t copy them to create your own products or services.Be Responsible With Your Account
Accounts are for your team only. Don’t share your login with people outside your organization.Stay Professional
Use Catalyst resources for learning, planning, and leading change in education—not for anything outside that purpose.
If these rules are broken, we may suspend or end your access without a refund. If copyright is violated, we may pursue legal action.
By signing up, you’re agreeing to respect these rules and help us keep Catalyst a strong, supportive community for schools and districts.

Terms of Use – CBE Catalyst Platform
Effective Date: Upon creation of your Catalyst account
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CBE Catalyst platform and its associated content, including but not limited to Learning Pathways, resources, templates, guides, videos, AI-powered tools, and all other materials (collectively, “Catalyst Content”). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License of Use
CBE Catalyst grants subscribing schools, districts, and authorized partners (“Members”) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Catalyst Content solely for educational and professional purposes within their own organization.
2. Restrictions
Members may not:
Sell, sublicense, or commercially distribute Catalyst Content.
Rebrand, alter, or present Catalyst Content as their own.
Share Catalyst Content with schools, districts, organizations, or individuals outside of their subscribed membership.
Use Catalyst Content to develop competing products or services.
All Catalyst Content is intended for use only by the subscribing school/district/partner organization and its staff.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All Catalyst Content remains the sole property of reDesign, Inc. and/or its licensors. Except for the limited license provided in Section 1, no rights are granted to you under copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.
4. User Responsibilities
Members are responsible for:
Ensuring that all users within their organization comply with these Terms.
Using Catalyst Content in ways that align with professional educational practice and the intended purposes of the platform.
5. Account Access
Accounts are issued for authorized use only by Members. Account credentials may not be shared outside of the subscribing organization.
6. Termination
reDesign reserves the right to suspend or terminate platform access for any Member who violates these Terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Catalyst Content is provided for educational and professional development purposes only. While reDesign strives for accuracy, completeness, and effectiveness, it makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, reDesign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Catalyst Content.
9. Changes to Terms
reDesign may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Massachusetts, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
