What are the criteria for a strong competency framework? What does adopting or adapting a framework entail? How can we bring in many voices as we build?

The CREATE zone is all about building and practicing. Whether you are reviewing (and potentially revising) your existing framework, adopting a new framework as-is, or adapting a new framework for your context, you will find resources to help you move forward, including:
